THREE CHANNELS OF wellness.

Wellness is a lifelong journey. Finding ways to live well that suit you and your body is key to your overall health and feeling good in yourself.

Nadi_Wellbeing focuses on three pathways of healing to increase your energy and vitality, relax the nervous system to restore vital functions and encourage balance for a healthy mind and body.

  • Explore wellness principles on your yoga mat in private or group settings. Classes are all levels with strong emphasis on setting up foundations for a safe and enjoyable practice. Expect a long warm-up, traditional flow, balancing poses and closer to the end of session - backbends, stretching and meditation.

  • Therapies to help you relieve muscle tension, calm the nervous system, improve circulation, digestion, lymphatic flow and restore your balance. A fusion of different massage techniques, remedial pressure, aromatherapy and foot reflex points.

  • Begin your wellness journey with gong healing that uses vibrational sound and frequency to ease off your day-to-day stress. During a session you will rest on your mat in recline pose, supported by pillows, blankets and eye covers to completely relax to the sounds of the gong.

Dagmara’s STORY

I moved to London when I was 19 for the summer holidays and I fell completely in love with the city, the diverse, vibrant culture and a newfound freedom. I decided not to return to Poland and started to work, form life-long friendships and discover the path I find myself on now.

I started my holistic training after joining Samsara Mind and Body in 2015. Inspired by the amazing therapists already practising at the studio, I decided to widen my own knowledge and obtained a Holistic Massage Therapy ITEC Level 3 Diploma. With experience in further therapy training I now offer a range of healing treatments including Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage, along with rejuvenating facials, Reiki, Chakra Balancing or fusions of all.

In 2020 I signed up for Yoga Teacher Training with Linda D’Antal at Ashiyana Yoga School. How little did we know, that from March 2020 the world as we know it would pause due to a global pandemic. I can honestly say that this course saved me. During these 11 months of study, practice and sharing I have learnt so much more about yoga and what yoga means to me. Yoga is the way of life. It happens on but mostly off the mat. And of course it’s called a practice for a reason, so you come back day in and day out.

I am very passionate about holistic therapies and how they can support and change that way people experience their lives.

I will help you facilitate a journey to the self, to find a balance in both the body and mind. I believe that gentle therapies have an amazing effect on the body and how having regular treatments, a healthy diet, incorporated with yoga and meditation is key to a healthier life.

That powerful choice to start my holistic journey, with massage studies followed by a yoga teacher training course, brought me so much more than just clarity.

I found purpose, passion, happiness and freedom, and i’ve made it my mission in life to inspire others to do the same, no matter their starting point. That is the intention behind Nadi_Wellbing.

With Love,

Nāḍi  is a term for the channels through which, in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual knowledge, the energies such as prana
of the physical body, the subtle body and the causal body are said to flow. Within this philosophical framework, the nadis are said
to connect at special points of intensity, the chakras.
